Its T29 conical backing pad increases surface contact during use. Thanks to this structure, the disc handles continuous grinding with minimal wear and consistent performance.Each flap is machine-cut and positioned with ±0.5 mm accuracy, which ensures excellent balance and predictable grinding results. The 7-layer fiberglass plate reinforces the disc, adding mechanical strength and impact resistance.We bond the flaps with a heat-resistant epoxy adhesive, which holds them securely in place under pressure.
